Do you handle the diet side too?

Yes. You get a daily calorie target and a daily protein target, plus a custom meal plan with a flexible structure and swappable alternatives from a 5,000+ recipe library. Nothing is off-limits — I'll suggest specific options when it makes sense, but you're never locked into foods you don't want.

How much time does this take each week?

3–4 gym sessions per week, 45 to 60 minutes each. A couple of minutes a day to weigh yourself and log your food. A once-weekly check-in with me that takes less than 30 minutes. That’s it.
